We collect only what we need to run your fleet's payments: names, emails, phone numbers, trip details, receipts and — when a driver allows it — the location where money was spent.

How we use it

To show balances, approvals, analytics and statements to the right people in your fleet. We never sell personal data.

Location

Drivers are asked each time and can decline; the spend is still saved without a location.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at info@ficien.com. Ledger records are kept as required by financial regulations.
